Top Ten Female Singers

So I an going to try and do something that is not completely something I do today and that is write an actual blog. I want to try and incorporate some blogs on people's interest so I will write out a top ten of singers and bands and of course some of the very interesting genres that seem very relevant to the changing times. In this top ten we will look at the individual female singers, their continuing inspiration to young girls or use something like mental problems to motivate their encouragement into working on changing the system to meet the accommodations of people's needs.
1. Emilie Autumn originally started out in Germany as a musician after failed attempts at singing with any American company because they altered her music demos. She had her first album when she was 18 years old called Enchant. It was a blend of multiple genres so that once she found the right sound and the right genre, she would begin her tours down the insane asylum that spread awareness of mental disorders. The artists herself has opened up with suffering from bipolar disorder after she tried to take her life and has been keeping her audience aware of the current situation with the problems in correct mental diagnosis and that she used her music to achieve independence and freedom from her former home life in California where she is originally from.
2. Stevie Nicks was the singer for the band Fleetwood Mac for awhile and has been a continuing inspiration to many other artists. She is known for her mystic qualities and the smoothness in her voice. Her song Edge of Seventeen was a tribute song to the death of John Lennon, former Beatles band member, and her father's brother because both men were considered important to Nicks. Some of her other iconic songs outside of Fleetwood Mac would be Stand Back and Stop Draggin' My Heart Around which Stevie Nicks did a duet with Tom Petty who also helped with creating the song. She has denied the rumors about her being a real witch, but we can't say her voice is a bit witchy and mesmerizing at the same time.
3. KT TUNSTALL is originally from the UK and is the daughter of a Scotch-Chinese mother and Irish Father. Her first CD was released in 2003 titled Eye To The Telescope. KT Tunstall has a very mellow and soft sounding quality, but her music is very connected to her Scottish roots. She has had numerous hits on the record charts with songs like Black Horse and a Cherry Tree, Hold On, Suddenly I See, Saving My Face and If Only. She has taken a break from the sound of the electric guitar and has gone back to working with its acoustic properties.
4. Zola Jesus who is originally named Nika Roza Danilova, is a Russian-American singer from the Washington State area. She is an Indie Rock musician who studied opera like Pat Benatar and has produced five albums and three EPs. Her passion to write Indie music comes from the woods in the Washington area that she believes are full of mystery and wonder.

7. Sara Bareilles is a singer whose number one hit is the most repetitive love song to be sung by the general public since it came out in the mid to late 2000s. The song was written as a form of frustration that she made it late to the recording studio because of the continuous strain of red lights, it wasn't even about love. But the song has continued to be a chart favorite since she took the rocket and flew to the moon.
8. Susan Wallace and Tina Root are the co-founders and singers for the electronic band Switchblade Symphony. The female singers led the band to become a big success. They were known as the first female members to create an electronic band following the rise and fall of the popular feminist punk bands of the third wave of feminism. The band members wore their hair in dread-lock pigtails and sang about drugs like cocaine in their song Clown. The band has since broken up, but the artists have continued to work on their separate music by including the same sounds that they used in their original works with Switchblade Symphony.
